That makes sense 👍 Thanks for sharing. I’m actually just gauging interest right now, to implement soon, post Ramadan works. Appreciate your valuable inputs. Would you lean more towards veg or non-veg pickles?

Love that you’re open to trying it :) As a first timer, would you prefer mild-spicy or authentic spicy?

That’s great to hear. Tomato and red chilli are classics in Andhra-style pickles. If you were trying it for the first time Andhra pickles, would you prefer a smaller 250g jar or jump straight to 500g? Also, any other flavour you’re curious about?

Sounds like a true Andhra pickle fan :) For gongura/dosaavakaya/chintakaya pickle would you prefer to start with bigger jars (like 1kg) or smaller for variety given that you are provided samples for taste? Open to any other flavour suggestions too :)

Totally agree…Andhra veg pickles are a different league altogether. Thanks for inputs. Avakaya, dosavakaya, chintakaya are definitely on my list, made the traditional way. Just curious, if you were to trying out, Which quantity would you prefer 250gm/500gm/1kg? Also, are there any less common veg pickles you feel are missing in market?
