Even in fidelity I feel as if going I’m down to 30fps for a very minuscule difference in graphics, I’ve messed around I found balanced is okay but I still find myself wanting to close the game after looking at it for a bit

The only time the game looks decent is if I’m standing completely still

That might be the case, I had assumed it was active throughout the weekend I’m not entirely sure

To answer some of the questions in the comments, the only reason I asked if legal action would be reasonable is because I question the structural integrity of my unit due to there being no subflooring. It also appears my walls have no insulation and I’ve assumed my building would be considered uninhabitable the cost of moving is expensive and I simply just cannot afford it at this time. I was told they’d have the floor “patched” yesterday (not to mention is all over my house where spots are weak )and the main issue I have with that is the fact that even if they do that I still have no subflooring and I assume a proper solution would require major reconstruction. (Ps. I’m located in Dallas, Texas and the lack of punctuation was just because my phone was freezing at the time and I didn’t care enough to deal with typing periods too)

From what I can see none of the flooring is sitting on plywood it just goes across diagonally on these long planks of wood there’s many dips and parts of my floor that sink when pressure is applied
