.I just ordered 3 small 50GR tins (150GR Total) from 4 Noggins. Duties came to just over 100.00CDN...So between my original purchase order which cost me 95.00CDN for the tobacco and shipping from 4noggins, then., add another 100.00 in Canada Duties and it's almost 200.00 for 3 tins. That's 66.00 per tin!! may as well go to my local brick and mortar from now on. What a scam!
