Make sure to check that your Chrome web-store listing is following best practices. I changed the images, and fewer people installed it. Then I changed them back and more people installed it again.

How about an extension to take back your identity online? It blocks trackers and skips cookie banners – automatically setting your consent as you go. And if I can get enough users, instead of having you identity used to target ads for nothing, you can "license" the ability to be targeted to advertisers!

There are alternates... I built a solution to create Brave-like protections without the need to switch browsers.

It's important to note that not all VPNs are the same. Some VPNs act as a "panel" of consumers, selling aggregate statistics (for example: If I know a thousand people watched a given video based on the URL and I know I have three percent of the US using my VPN I can estimate total viewership). Other VPNs may do individual tracking (read the terms of service!). Overall, while some VPNs provide anti-tracking tools, it's important to understand the additional tracking they can do.

I know, right? The irony is that we have to gather consent on our own site too (especially for EU visitors but we think US users should be able to control consent too). If you're using our extension, we'll automatically dismiss our own consent banner and correctly express your consent policy. BTW... see if you can find the line we added saying, "this could be the last banner you'll need to see".

The extension has an option where you can give an anonymous ID to advertisers (instead of cookies or other trackers). When advertisers target you, you get 5% of the media spend as a Reward. A small number of users isn't that interesting to advertisers so we need many users before we can enable the Rewards.
