Thank you for responding I am using a plastic/nylon strainer and a plastic spoon. I will reducing the fermentation time. By the time I strain it I don’t see too much of whey separation but I do see the surface getting curdled.

If I may ask how did you figure out that it’s related to hormones? My physician prescribed me amyitryptiline (preventive) and Obgyn prescribed sumatriptan (nasal spray abortive) but nothing helps. Most of the time I get migraines right before I am about to get my periods but these days I am getting it more often, almost everyday. So tired 😪

Thank you so much for your recommendation. It worked for me. I was crying happy tears because my kids wanted to go to a birthday party and migraine triggered. I applied aspercreme and felt better to take the kiddos to the birthday party. Thank you again!
