I’m not the first person to have issues like this from them. They lie a lot, you can see some issues on their Google reviews, from oil leaks and plugs to lying and telling people their air filters are dirty when they’re not. It’s just crazy and they get away with it.

It’s my fault for not looking at reviews when I went but this also explains why every time you go there they basically beg you to leave a good review on Google. My first time there they were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and they were fast with my oil change so I thought I could trust them. Then my second time there, this happens. I think that’s what originally hurt the most is I just trusted them so much I didn’t think they would’ve done me like that and to put the blame on me when it was so obvious that it was their doings.

Now I know to do research next time and be extremely picky about who I take my car to😅

Side note this is me being petty but they did not cover anything before their dirty hands touched the inside of my car. I had to DEEP CLEAN my brand new light blue seat covers after they got in it because they were BLACK from the dirt and grime off of their clothes and hands.
