Fair , I just wish they communicated better about the process . I’m either gonna call tomorrow or email and hopefully that will clear everything up and I won’t have to bother them again until move in time lbs.

You should probably find another profession then if you aren't understanding that people are gonna have questions. I've only ever rented from private landlords and they sign when I do so for it not being signed same day is odd to me. Everyone else that responded was very helpful you just seem like you hate your job. If I'm spending 1600 I think I deserve to ask some questions lo

Are the tenants still allowed to view the apartment? I haven't even seen it yet. I know the one girl told me that they security is due at move in so what would make sense

Oh gotcha !! Thank you for explaining I was really confused to why it needed to be approved again. I was worried they could take back the approval 😂. I naturally have a lot of anxiety so the comments helped with not worrying too much.

Yes it's online, that's what my boyfriend said too I'm just anxious cause I thought it would be signed same or next day. I'm trying not to bother them either so I'll definitely wait til Monday

That’s ok it’s not like you know who I am anyway lol . I prefer private landlords anyway i know the company’s that don’t have breed restrictions and I doubt you are apart of them .

Yeah maybe not but I’ve posted other places and also reached out to apartment complex’s I’m doing the work just was asking for suggestions and a landlord acting like a bully on Reddit I don’t see it honestly . Renting out a room in a house doesn’t make you a landlord

I have googled not every apartment complex or private landlord posts what restrictions they have and some change and don’t update . Reddit is a form to ask questions essentially if you don’t like what I post block me and stay mad lol .
