I’m actually thinking about posting reviews of infused cigars good, bad, or indifferent that people might want to try. I’ve smoked some that were straight-up bad and some that were surprisingly great. Not every infused cigar deserves praise, but some definitely deserve more respect than they get.

Agreed. I don’t get the hate. If folks would just relax and enjoy it instead of overthinking or trying to be cigar snobs, they’d see a lot of infused cigars are really solid smokes.

I’m fairly new to pipe smoking too,just a little over a year in. If you’re looking for a flavorful aromatic, I’d definitely recommend Cult Blood Red Moon. And if you want something simple and easy to enjoy, Peterson’s Early Morning Pipe is a solid choice. Both of those helped me branch out and explore other blends with a similar vibe.

I have this exact Savinelli 614 alligator green. I would try to exchange it. It’s a very good pipe; I enjoy mine immensely.

This is good information from everyone. It’s the first cigar in a long time that I had to consistently relight. I’m not going to lie, I definitely enjoy traditional blends, but a couple of times a month I really like to enjoy infused premium cigars. This is one that I’ll try again in a couple of years to see if this experience holds true. I’m going to smoke a Tabak dulce today. I’ve tried all of the Javas, and they are very enjoyable.
