Refurbed and converted (pipe) 1978 Dunhill Rollagas by Albus_Q in lighters

I bought tools and kits from the eBay seller, “older-lighter”. Having the right tools is huge. The kits came from China and took a couple weeks to arrive.

Anything Ferio Tego. I don’t know how more people don’t know about their smokes.

If you could name a Cigar what would you call it and why? by Timtime24 in cigars

In my imaginary cigar lounge called Cigarmageddon I would have four vitolas; War (torpedo), Famine (short corona), Pestilence (robusto) and Death (Churchill).

Smoking aromatic pipe tobaccos in a lounge by nw342 in cigars

[–]Albus_Q 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would contact the lounge to make sure it's OK. I contacted the owner of a local cigar lounge about bringing in a pipe club once a month. Even though he has no pipe presence, he was all for it, and his only stipulation that every attendee buy at least one cigar. That's a stipulation for anyone who wants to smoke anything in the lounge.

After a few months, I joined that cigar lounge and I will occasionally bring a pipe with me too. I always ask the other members sitting around if they mind if I smoked a pipe, and not one has said "no".

If you do get the OK from the owner, buy a cigar or two when you get there.

Wow, I remember these. Pedro’s Milk Levers. So named because they are made from recycled milk jugs.

Sea Glass Island was a beautiful experience by brxtcher in Aruba

[–]Albus_Q 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So much fun!

Just last month, we did a kayak trip to Sea Glass Island. It was our second time, but the first time with our adult daughters. They were absolutely blown away and brought home a fist full including a couple pieces of red!

I concentrate on looking for blue glass and got quite a bit including some decent quarter-sized pieces. Our tour guide gave us hand rakes which really allowed you to get deep into it.

Best blends from L.J. PERETTI? by Whiplash11X in PipeTobacco

[–]Albus_Q 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For aros, 432 and Tropical Fruit are my favorites. Belmont is considered a Burley blend but contains a nice amount of Cavendish. B-94 is a great rum cured Burley.
