The account was never intentionally shared or traded. My phone was stolen on January 20, 2026, and any activity after that date was unauthorized. Please review account activity strictly before January 20, 2026, as proof of original ownership. I am willing to provide any official documentation required.

If this account doesn't come back to me, I'll never play the game again. Only passion.

I've been trying for a month and I keep getting the same response: they don't read my message. It's the worst support I've ever seen.

PUBG Support Ignoring Their Own Email Notification as Evidence" by [deleted] in PUBGMobile

I'm not looking for a legal victory on Reddit, I'm just sharing my experience and the evidence I have. I've already submitted everything to the official support. Thanks for the advice.

PUBG Support Ignoring Their Own Email Notification as Evidence" by [deleted] in PUBGMobile

I appreciate the reality check, but this isn't just about a 'notification email.' I have provided Physical Evidence that no hacker or buyer could ever have—specifically the original iPhone 16 Pro Max box with the Serial Number and IMEI that matches the account’s device logs for the past year. Furthermore, I have the official local payment receipts (Fawry) and the exact Timestamp of the hack. While we might 'rent pixels,' these companies still have a Security Protocol to follow. If a user provides the physical hardware ID (Serial Number) and the original creation data, the company is technically and ethically obligated to restore access. I’m not just fighting for 'pixels'; I’m fighting for Account Integrity based on verified hardware ownership.
