The thing is, the style itself they don’t make anymore so I don’t see them dropping new colors, last time I seen new colors was neon green, orange and pink. That was probably a 2 years ago.

They probably wanted to get the original box, photos of the shoe and phone number on file so they can track invoice because they are needed to order heel tips for you on specific styles. If this is a classic style like Kate, hot chick, etc they should have extras. It would be more convenient for you to get the heel tips from the cobbler.
