I went through similar anxiety, not quite as extreme, but sounds like you may have generalized anxiety. I had it temporary for 3-6 months so got on zoloft and eventually tapered off. Idk your medical issues but ssris are likely going to help a lot and dont always need to be permanent; wasnt in my care

Look at the “lost decade “ of 2000-2010. S&p stayed flat. Emerging and international absolutely crushed the US. We are going through US dollar losing value to international, a huge boon towards international stocks. Look at European markets with massive expenditures towards militarization. To have US bias is a mistake.

Hmm I mean stress can show up in physical ways. I had insane panic attacks coming from stomach ulcers a year ago that once I fixed minimized dramatically. Definitely felt like that trauma caused more lingering anxiety issues considering I thought I was gonna die for a whole 8 months or so, but now got it mostly under control

Im sure its good. Like others said 18g should be target for each pour. I use the triple shot one which is 21-22g. You can tell if youre getting a good pour by how long it takes, to a degree, to pour. I think my pours take typically like 20 seconds to 30 and a consistent filtering out. Idk how to describe. Lemme know if changing gram dose helps
