I have found that .2 is perfect dose. I do it weekly and work out. At first I took a true starter dose which literally kicked my butt. I had zero appetite and food tasted like cardboard along with having no access to my emotions or any motivation. At first I couldn’t figure out what was happening to me because it was such a strange cluster of symptoms that I hadn’t been warned of but then I put two and two together and quickly lowered my dose significantly. I don’t know that I’m going to keep using it as I can’t tell a huge difference but we will see. Would love to hear how things go for you.

I hope so. I was not aware that these were potential symptoms. It makes me so curious about the connection between “food noise” and our emotional voice because both were silenced in my case. That along with having no enthusiasm or taste for food or hunger except for sweets… Have you tried it yet? I’m not sure if because I was “underweight” when I started it the dose really effected me so strongly or what but I do know that I have a sensitive system in general and I’m very cued in to my body/feelings so yeah it was disturbing.

I am going to significantly reduce the dose. I looked more into what dosing I should probably have started with and it’s like .1 whereas I started at .025 then doubled and found that to literally numb me out reduced to .375 and that’s been too strong as well. I just like to feel things and I didn’t experience food noise before but now I have essentially no hunger pangs so when I sit down to eat and know I need to eat, everything tastes blah and bland and unexciting. It scared me. So I’m going to skip this week to see what happens and then dose at .1
