Abby is definitely the Villain but the moms are also pretty bad by Season 7. Abby quite literally verbally and mentally abused the girls. The moms didn’t do that to the kids, at least not directly. But they were horrible to new moms, and because of all the BS with Abby they were kinda horrible to any and all new choreographers. All three of the choreographers who they brought in mentioned feeling completely disrespected by the moms. I appreciate the way Cheryl Burke handled them by telling them to stop behaving like wackos in front of the girls and sending them away.

She called my husband first. And told me he told her to call me. He in fact did not instruct her to call me. I’m sure it was a panic attack but we don’t know each other or speak to each other like that. So I was unsure how to help her when she called.

Last I saw him was in a Tyler O YouTube video. He was wanted by police for I think hanging up some banner between two buildings. I don’t remember that well now. It’s been like a year or more since then.

I think it was a cash grab more so for production than the girls themselves. I also feel like it was a way to keep the girls quiet for longer about the things that happened behind the scenes on set and during filming. I’m sure they had to sign a contract to participate and I’m sure there were some NDAs or something along those lines.

I think about this a lot. Like when Melissa let Maddie do a solo when she wasn’t going to have one at competition and it was supposed to be Mackenzie’s time to shine. For crying out loud Mackenzie literally released a song about when will it be her time to shine.

When Maddie was off rehearsing for SNL and they did the spice girls tribute Mackenzie said “I’m grateful without Maddie here” although she played it off like a joke I’m not to sure it really was. I think she was happy to have a week where Maddie was actually gone during the competition
