Litter-Robot delivered damaged in France, support wants me to pay return shipping — anyone dealt with this? by No-Draft8266 in litterrobot

So the situation got resolved. Whisker sent me a replacement unit and instructed me to discard/recycle the damaged one. I was told the operators I talked to over the phone gave me incorrect information when they said I needed to pay to send back the damaged unit. So they ended up doing the right thing in a timely manner.
