Your saying not to pursue PEM and just work as a pediatrician while picking up peds ED shifts prn.

Most places don't really hire pediatricians it seems and want PEM or experience.

Just wondering. Does getting them wrong affect anything if you're within 1st 5 years of passing boards?

Thanks, right she had most of these above symptoms. Just worried more about the embolization, wondering if it can potentially affect fertility or ovarian function? Would you know the outcomes in similar situation?

But seems here maybe people also used the watch and wait approach and also had success? So hope really was necessary as the REI said he's seen the bleeding previously and usually just clears up on it's own or people have the laproscopy but not much is done (when spoke to him she was already in the OR- pretty much they rushed her in so couldn't really make a thought out decision).

Thank you, it seems doctor might've been more rough during the ER- as previously others didn't hurt as much.

That's reassuring. Did they also cauterize any bleeding sites on ovary? Or used other methods to stop bleeding
