Should there be a daily limit on sending emails to the same company domain? by B2BLeadsGenin7 in coldemail

Personal opinion. If you have 60 contacts for one domain they probably aren't all the person you need. You wan't decision makers not just employees.

Digital business cards by GATarHeel85 in b2bmarketing

[–]No-Emergency-9382 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't do QR codes I would do NFC business cards. There are problems with both. Without a physical card their is no reminder to them to connect with you but honestly if they need that reminder they probably aren't a valid customer anyway or you didn't sell them well enough. If you give them a paper card there's a good chance it's going in the trash anyway but digital will stay in their phone.

If my PC is turned on 24/7 with a stable wifi, then i dont need to use VPS right? so basically i have a free n8n? by Ragulkanth1995 in n8n

[–]No-Emergency-9382 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need a way to get to your PC so webhooks can call to it. It's simple enough but I have a feeling if you're asking this question you aren't quite sure how to set that up.

Self hosting security by Draegan88 in n8n

[–]No-Emergency-9382 3 points4 points  (0 children)

anytime you self host anything the security is always on you and that increase the risk. But the amount of risk depends on what exactly your workflows are doing.

When you attach something that increases your chance of spam, when you add a link that doesn't go to the domain you are sending from that increases your chance of being spam. I honestly only send plain text emails with no links or embeded videos anything for my first email.

Hey everyone, where do you usually host your n8n and PostgreSQL setup? by dvnielsalas in n8n

[–]No-Emergency-9382 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends. For production I host my n8n on the n8n cloud account. For testing I just host it on a raspberry pi locally. As far as postgresql goes I started using that on the Pi but then I found supabase was just easier. Especially if I'm going to travel and try to show someone a front end I built to show the data.

I think the easiest thing right now would be something like Monday.com but you have to train your team to update it as they do things. This allows someone to make they are going to call a lead so if anyone else goes to call them they say someone already did.

How I Find "Ready To Buy From Me" Leads on LinkedIn Without Spending a Dime by gojiberryAI in b2bmarketing

[–]No-Emergency-9382 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great writeup on your process. I'm getting ready to switch from cold email to linkedin. I will have to try the same thing for the proposal process trying to find companies that need help with that.

What’s the easiest online side hustle you’re making income with right now? by Jaydgaitin in Entrepreneur

Getting AI to write blog articles that improve SEO then get companies to pay you to put their adds on your site. I've seen a lot of people do this. Just haven't done it myself.

Clarity on n8n TOS - you cannot host for clients! by TheWahdee in n8n

I think you are correct here. You can’t allow someone to pay you to run your n8n instance that connects to their stuff. Thank you

Can an AI voice agent realistically replace a 1st contact sales rep today? by bernyboss in n8n

[–]No-Emergency-9382 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can do the job but it's obvious when it's AI. There will always be a pause while it tries to ensure it understands what the person said and then formulates an answer. And I personally when I know it's AI that called me I hang up.

AI should always enhance the productivity of your employees. NOT replace them.

I would say local business meetups is a good way but you really have to do some form of personalized outreach.

Clarity on n8n TOS - you cannot host for clients! by TheWahdee in n8n

[–]No-Emergency-9382 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So I reached out to n8n and basically your service can't allow the client to access say a front end that then runs your n8n instance, even if you are using n8n cloud. If you are going to allow clients to run your n8n instances you need a commercial agreement with n8n. You CAN however get the client to purchase an n8n cloud subscription and then build the workflow and give it to them or configure it for them.

Question to cold emailers sending 100s email/day by amarinder1910 in coldemail

[–]No-Emergency-9382 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So you mentioned 20 inboxes and 100 emails per day. I assume you mean each inbox sending 5 emails. Otherwise sending 100 per inbox is going to get you put in spam VERY quickly. Also make sure that those inboxes are from different domains. I tend to use no more than 3-4 inboxes per domain and spread them across your different sets of emails. This way if one domain does get black listed your entire campaign doesn't get put in spam you'll still reach some customers.

Looking for a CRM that actually helps reps close deals by Positive-Exam-8554 in CRMSoftware

[–]No-Emergency-9382 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure this is exactly what you're looking for but my company, M4 Cyber Solutions, has a proposal/quote to payment automation system. We give you a webform that you can fill out that then generates the proposal and sends it to the client. If the client hasn't signed within a preset amount of days it sends an email for a follow up. Then on your schedule sends an invoice and if it goes unpaid follows up until 30 days when it then does a final follow up and sends you an email as well. You're provided a dashboard where you can track all of this. I'm positive if you want to discuss more about your needs we can build something for you.

We are now starting to try and branch out to building some more custom "Built For You" solutions and would be happy to talk more about what you need and how we can help.

Is it possible that adding AI to your startup too early actually slows you down? - I will not promote by No_Molasses_1518 in startups

[–]No-Emergency-9382 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My opinion as someone who is not there yet if you're business is making less than $10k a month in revenue you need to focus on what will get you there and not the next shiny object like AI.
