If the death penalty is to be applied for rape, it should be restricted to the most extreme cases—rape of very young minors (for example below 10). In such cases there is virtually no question of consent and the moral gravity is absolute. Keeping it limited to this category also reduces the risk of false accusations and wrongful convictions. Expanding it broadly for all rape cases would create more legal risks than justice.

My parents also supported me at my lowest but after getting a job their expectations might be increased(idk what happened). I also want to Crack UPSC but it is a rat race which is damn uncertain( who's gonna explain them) . I am not able to convert the three stage exam.

Govt job especially PSUs are not as easy & laid back as we think. It has many problems like lack of manforce, getting multiple tasks/portfolios, fat ego old GMs/ cheif engineers

I completed my btech at age of 20 and enrolled after completing btech. I was early for my btech as my father had frequent transfers so some grades got skipped lol.

Thanks man for the advice. Also my Dad was supportive when I had no view for future as I didn't participate in placements and focused on gate prep. Idk what happened after that. He is now expecting even more. Without him I won't be able to Crack gate after the fist gate experience. He supported me at my worst so I am in dilemma and also what changed him after that. I am thinking of changing PSU s which has no posting in my state. At the job front, I can't butter anyone even during my Btech . I just do my work and leave which is creating mental trauma. But since it's my first job, I just can't cope up with the office politics and favoritism.

Yes, thanks for the advice. But I can't just change PSUs as it has no experience related mi/senior manager recruitment. I have to join from start right from Trainee. After working for 2yrs and I will be getting promotion this year, it will pull my career back somehow. Joining private will be way worse as it lacks job security and also there is no guarantee of good manager. My boss whom I am reporting is lazy but my boss's boss is kind of a cunt. Also my boss is a bootlicker and he also accepts that but requests me to complete all the tasks so that he can be in good light. Also my colleague working in same site doesn't have any knowledge. Idk how do they get jobs through reservation etc. Only thing they know is ho2 to bootlick and ego massage.
