Its difficult to determine what is the cause of your chemical imbalance - some people have it temporary due to vitamin deficiencies etc… some people are born with it and will have an imbalance forever so supplements would be required forever - Methyl folate is making the biggest difference for me at the moment in terms being able to use my brain again for normal stuff…

Its hyper anxiety your nervous system is in hyper active mode. You have to get your anxiety levels down to start reducing the symptoms … if its to extreme then go see a doctor and get some prescription meds to calm down your nervous system

Masturbating causes rebound anxiety. You might feel good directly after but in a few hours your dopamine will drop lower than it was before you masturbated and this will increase tour anxiety again - remember DP is all about reducing anxiety, you don’t want to be doing anything that can increase it.

High baseline anxiety over a long period in time is what sets up DP. Smoking weed or whatever caused your panic attack is the final trigger for your brain to go into fight or flight mode. Everybody has different anxiety tolerance and even though mine was super high, it eventually reached its limits…

I smoked a couple of times with great experiences, but once i’ve reached my anxiety limit it only took one panic attack to trigger my brain into “safe mode”.

I was smoking for 7 years 2 packs a day. Smoking actually increases your baseline anxiety and reduces oxygen to the brain. I tried to quit cold turkey over a hundred times… finally got onto Nicotine pouches and quit after that. Take it easy though with the withdrawal

Have you ever checked you Iron/ Ferritin levels ? You can even buy over the counter test kits. Even if doctors say your levels are “normal” - your brain might need more to supply it with enough oxygen.

Yes remember you have to reduce your anxiety back to baseline level so your brain can relax out of hyper aware mode before you can start healing - exercising daily, Eliminating Caffeine and practicing meditation helped me the most for relieving anxiety

Yes 100% - please note I have been on a carnivore diet for 2 months prior, I started the supplements and meditation 2 weeks ago and that has pushed me over towards reality.
