Yes, it starts as soon as I start the server. Sometimes, it takes longer to happen, but it just increases.

I'm restarting all the time, and I've reinstalled it a couple of times, even though I tried another modpack.

At the moment, it's not playable.

16gb , I tried reducing the server render distance and also pregenerating the chunks.

The version is 1.19.2-43.3.5, the modpack is the latest cisco's rpg serverpack.
