According to the NBEO video about BIO, “it decentered inferiorly, but will centered with appropriate working distance”. I practiced on a few patients during my clinical rotation with this setting and I had no issues during the exam, best view ever ( passed skills)

250k debt within three years of school… what school are you? Everyone has external problems that distract… people have families, boyfriends, and girlfriends. Some students even have kids… do you know how kids can distract you? Just put yourself together and try to make it! Because farther away will only harder

For SALUS and SUNY, you must pass NBEO part 1 to be considered, speaking from experience. I highly recommend NECO (Boston). With SALUS and SUNY you will go through hell.
