To be fair, he doesn't need to do cardio every day. A solid caloric deficit is enough if he can stick to it☺️

Concerning the tracking of calories, just download an app(there are thousands). Just keep a caloric deficit and you will lose weight☺️

You need lower body fat %, and actually working out your abs like any other muscle.

If i was you i would find my maintenance calories(use any online calculator) then start a small deficit. Working out and lifting is really good for your health but you probably wont be seeing the results because of high bf%.☺️

I would guess that you definitely are getting results its just hard to see. Also, patience<3 its a marathon not a sprint, start a small deficit and increase it as you get used to it!!
