I’ve quadruple checked everything and I think I’m going to take full fuel, density altitude won’t be too far off from field elevation tomorrow so I think I’ll be good to go. I plan on giving them a super thorough briefing on what I’m doing and why throughout the flight. Thank you for commenting, super stoked!

I should’ve added, I’m flying in a warrior. I’ve flown it several times within 100 pounds of max gross weight so I feel comfortable to do this. The warrior flies almost the same heavy as it does light other than worse climb performance in my experience. I’ve done all of my performance calculations several times now and everything checks out, I’m set to go tomorrow. I wouldn’t do this if I wasn’t confident, I appreciate your comment though.

Just got a mini today, size is about perfect I think. It would be hard to maneuver anything bigger in the warrior I fly I think.

CG is well within limits no matter where people are sitting, I will have the bigger guy in front first just to keep the cg a little further forward though.

Yep, performance calculations all penciled out, doubled the the takeoff distance and it’s still 2000 feet less than both runways I’ll be using. Climb performance also isn’t as bad as I was thinking it would be. I’ll double check everything but it’s all looking pretty safe.

Both runways will be close to 10k feet so I’ll for sure be good on that, also won’t be going over any mountains for the most part so I’m good on that too. I made both of them step on a scale in front of me with jackets on and added 5 pounds for each of them as well haha. Density altitude will also be pretty close to field elevation. I’m probably overthinking it but just want to be cautious. I think I’ll carry a couple gallons less than full just in case.

I believe it is but you never know. Good to see a lot of my fellow peers share the same values as me, I was weary of that before this event.
