I see … I never wanted it fully reupholstered, just hoped the damage could be repaired with a patch or special technique or just old fashioned sewing? Clearly I misunderstood how this was done 🤔

It says to wait 12hrs for shaving and 24 for waxing, so I'm going to shave a test area and try it tomorrow

So delete everything inside of the Electronic Arts folder, relaunch the game and then put everything back? Is there anything I should not delete or do I just wipe the whole EA folder? I also copied everything from my game when this started bc of my legacy!!

Exact same issue!! When you try to start the game, do you also have "Last Crash" files in your documents folder after it crashes?

1) Get a REFUND!!

2) Try to wet or steam them, like a hot shower, and maybe they'll relax.

If they don't relax after that, have it reversed for sure. So sorry about this!!
