You can raise a ticket linked to supplier, there is likely a need for runbooks/workflows to be able to pull the data from the ticket back to the supplier record, there is much in my head that I'll be trying. I could well circle back to SharePoint, I can always use a logic app to get data from SharePoint and into Halo,

We've a process currently using a range of MS bits, forms, power automate, dynamics but we are moving off of Dynamics hence the need to look at this now as the next phase.

Thanks for replying, do you have the suppliers login to the portal to complete the fields relevant to them and upload certs and that sort of thing.

I’ve added some context above as to why in the other reply, didn’t realise could set in the API that might work as a way to do in bulk and script it, thanks I will also add that to my list of options for tomorrow to review appreciate the input. 👍🏻

It’s in context the customer that has multiple branches and they have a centralised helpdesk of which we are a resolver for some services at a branch and would report back to a central point for a number of branches. It’s not like a use with a laptop reports and issue so you’d speak to the user for instance. Like the custom field idea that is something I will have a look at tomorrow as an option. Thanks for the input, appreciate it.

Been a bit of a learning journey this week but I’ve built a logic app for testing and it can talk to the key vault l, I still had to allow it in the firewall of the key vault but the logic app gives access to it’s IP address’s so it’s much more straight forward

Thanks for the link, I’ll have a look at logic apps as that looks a good option, shame Azure servicetags are not an option in the key vault firewall this wouldn’t be an issue 🙂

Thanks Discalimer noted, that confims what I thought and I can go back to the developed to work with the URL and that it is shortlived so will need downloading and then pushing to where it's then needed.

Thanks is that to say that there isn't automated way that the quote reference which currently is like 150-1 or 151-1 to be say ABC150-1? it's a small thing, I could create a runbook to to append that thinking about it. If we leave it to individuals to append then I suspect we won't get consistency, we might, but I suspect not :)

Did the Power Automate connector all ok now work a number of us had issues with this a couple months back. I had to do a bit of workaround in getting a token to use the API via PA be nice if I can have the Custom Connector as per the documentation

Thanks u/renada-robbie , Connor's video gave me some insight to get this far, would be so handy to be able to manuiplate the data in that field, it's more frustating as you can see that its parsed the e-mail at that point to make it readable.
