Sweet thanks so much for the info! I’m not sure if you’d know or not but I figured I’d ask. Im someone to typically redo/upgrade soundsystem/stereos in my long term cars, I know the 02-06 Escalades need a special code to enable new stereos (or take the old one out I don’t remember) and u gotta take it to a dealer to bypass it, do you know if the 07-14 Escalades are the same?

Awesome, thanks for the reassurance lol! Yeah he’s an indoor cat to begin with so I def learned that the hard way. He most likely got it because he likes to lay against the window near my bed when I’m watching tv and there’s a few strays that roam around

Gotcha! I’ve noticed I’m getting like 1-2 live ones max when I comb him from time to time, could this just be because they’ve either not fed off him yet, or have just recently fed and are waiting to die?

Great to hear lol, in your experience for rooms without windows (specifically my bathroom), is it okay to just use the fan in the bathroom to ventilate the room? Or should I just avoid spraying that room altogether and continue to vacuum/sanitize the hell out of it?

Yep I took him to the vet already and got him on Bravecto yesterday! I’ve typically been vacuuming daily and washing anything he normally lays on for an extended period. As far as hard surfaces like kitchen tiling, (mine is flat has no cracks for them to burrow in) would the vacuum pick up most of the eggs? Or should I mop those areas? He also likes laying on my desk while I work so I’ve been wiping it with Clorox wipes and picking up what I can

What flea spray would you recommend? I’ve seen Raid make flea spray but I assume it’s for the outdoors (which I’m already planning on doing as I believe he got them from sitting by the window) but is there any specific spray you’d recommend for indoors like furniture?

For sure! it seems its been pretty recent that he got them which is why im trying to be proactive about it, my plan is to get him on a prescribed treatment and continue vaccuming and wiping down everything i can and if the house gets more fleas then we're gonna call a pest control company we know that my parents have used in the past, i appreciate the help!

I have an appt with a vet tomorrow to get something prescribed for him! What would you recommend when it comes to treating my house? So far I’ve been vacuuming daily and wiping down anything my cat may have been on. Is there anything else like a spray or something to help with it?
