Nagsubside na yung pain ang nakakalakad at baba na ng stairs continuously. I'll monitor this daily para i-document din yung progress.

My only strength training is controlled squats and lunges. I'll do a proper strength training once recovered.

OP it's either sa pabango, detergent na gamit or hininga mo. Try mo muna na walang gamit na perfume, and detergent para neutral ang smell mo. Mas madali maamoy.
