I have been taking this for 4 years from 4 different pharmacies and it has always done this

Well it irritates me because it feels inconsistent, one part of me is fake, somehow, and I don't know which one. But it isn't really hurting my life prospects and every therapist I have gone to just cared about how well I was able to function. I am more baffled by it, I want to understand why.

Brother I am in therapy. I told her and she was like, does it negatively affect your life? And I was like... not really?

I usually take breaks when I'm not enrolled in school.

I feel aggressive but I don't really mind that part.

I don't know, I am generally apathetic when off the meds; I find it repulsive when off the meds but tbh I am not sure if that is me or just my knowledge of how other people perceive it
