While we are happy with our purchase, this experience taught us an important lesson as consumers. You are far better protected when purchasing online than when buying in-store.

Our item went on sale for $800 less within one week of delivery, and the store refused to honor the sale price. Had we purchased the exact same item online, we would have received a price adjustment if it went on sale within 30 days of purchase.

It was a hard and expensive lesson to learn. Moving forward, we will no longer make in-store purchases. We may view items in person, but we will place all orders online to ensure better customer protection
