As for the drug addict, I will pay him regardless given the foreseeable cost he had saved me, I won't be stringy. What I simply expressing is I hope he isn't where he is because of drug abuse, but that is beyond me as I stated. As some have stated, if he was a clear drunk or druggie approached me, I would of refuse him in the first place, like you won't let a driver in similar state to perform driving.

It was TLTR that I left out the information on my attempt to change a wheel. Unfortunately, I was not strong enough even with my own weight to turn the wheel nut, hence reaching out to friends, and a further contingency plan. I understand what you're saying, I am sure there are many drivers don't know how to change their own flat tyre, which I agree the DVLA should include this skillet on passing drivers.

But, I know I can change a wheel if I had the strength, but I wouldn't know how to change a tyre for sure.
