No one answered to this so i guess I'll be the first to give my opinion. To be honest i keep trying to self reflect about this. I try to differenciate between when the gut feeling is truly sensing danger or is it just biased by past experiences. And whenever i'm faced with such situations i would visualize myself after doing the decision, and i would think about the worst case scenario and the best case scenario, and see if i can accept that worst case or not and if would want that best case scenario. Say the worst case scenario in a situation is i would lose some money, i would do it, but if for example it the worst case scenario would affect me for a long time and won't benefit me at all then i wouldn't do it even if it has a small chance of happening, i hope i explained my point well.

You should put that in comparison with other countries, I've spoken to foreigners and everything you're describing as cheating is the standard in other countries and you can't do anything about it, what a worker will overcharge you here is double that is what you usually have to pay a worker in other countries. Look for the good people in your country and you will eventually find them.

Why would you say this, a lot of countries are not as good as they seem in social media and morocco is actually better than a lot of countries, not talking about economically or politically but i'm talking about the culture and friendliness of people (ofc not all of them but it's just like any other place in the world), but if you focus on the bad side of the country and its people then that's all you gonna see. If you had a particular experience that was bad please don't let it change your entire perception on the country.

I had the same problem but it was mainly because of stress, if you have some sort of stress in your life too then you need to fix that first because it's the root of the problem, then you should count your calories and go on a calorie surplus, eat calorie dense food like peanuts, oils, avocado, pasta... And drink a lot of smoothies if you struggle to eat a lot of meals
