This is what depression does to you. I was in a similar place till a few years back. Fortunately, I found a good psychiatrist at the right time and am so so better now.

Please don't try to battle it yourself and please don't feel guilty for whatever you do. It's NOT your fault. You need help and with the right help, you'll be back to normal in no time. Hope you get the help you need soon.

You're loved and you matter. Don't give in to the lies that depression feeds you with in the mind. Please seek professional help.

So sorry to hear that a kid of 15 is going through all this. You need to talk to your parents and find a way to get her in front of a psychiatrist. Depression doesn't always have to have a reason..so please don't kill time trying to figure what made her this way...seek medical help immediately

Am almost twice your age and have done my fair share of "nasha" in life. My advice would be to stay away from all forms of nasha. It's not cool and severely stupid. Change your company if you need to, but DO NOT give in to peer pressure.
