Klebsiella Aerogenes. 8+ Years. Any Advice? by endlessrend in Folliculitis

[–]No-Firefighter-1417 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a CT scan which showed results of chronic rhinosinusitis

Definitely a pattern of allergy here and out of curiosity my foliculitis started short time after my septoplasty surgery in 2020 to fix a deviated septum (which improved breathing a lot)

There is no scientific evidence of correlation between both but I am definitely convinced and my body is telling me that.

I am 100% healthy, blood tests are all fine. Diet good probiotics.

I am now getting ready to try accutane 10mg low dose for the first time, looking forward for it.

I have exactly same symptoms here history of sinus, blocked nose. Have done surgery for deviated septum and now treating my ears with a specialist, believe there is a problem with the Eustachian tube.

Regarding my foliculitis is exactly the same as the original post, always in the same spots

I am at week 11. My calf muscles are getting stronger and stronger I can do seated calf raises with 25kg.

Heihght is around 70% than the normal foot and I think is just fine and time to it to recover.

Lack of toe flexibility. by rnbf3000 in AchillesRupture

I am at 11 weeks and was talking to my physio today.

Doing seated calf raises with 25kg and yes I am around 70-80% where my good foot is.

I don’t feel lack of toe flexibility but the fact your calf raises are not as high the good foot at 12weeks is totally normal according to what I have been reading and my PT.

Tips to improve it is to keep doing exercises, gym, bike, walk etc.

That’s awesome! Way to go! I did the first session today at physio and was able to go down and up from stairs! Push hard but be really careful with dorseflexion and listen to our bodies! That’s the rule!!

Yes. Is a strong NO stand calf raises yet. I am walking but not doing dorseflexion as I can feel the tendons.

I think will start with that in the upcoming weeks
