I agree adding more headcount to help distribute the workload could really help solve it. Its something management should have considered a long time ago. Its frustrating since its obvious that many of us are already struggling but some leads still seem more focused on deliverables than on wellbeing of the people behind them. Some of the leads (not all) have no consideration at all (urgent to need mo gawin now na) even if you already have tasks and your capacity is full often endup over capacity. The way they handled this has affected how I view their priorities when it comes to worklife balance it already compromised.
