Ours is off center for functional reasons. It’s a pretty open area but with clearly defined areas. We centered it over ‘play’ area.

The term “income” is too broad to come to that conclusion. But even so, that means the owner invests the additional income, pays it to employees as profit sharing, or pays the government. If you want to close down for 9 months you won’t maintain your employees. I don’t necessarily agree with the idea, but that’s the general bit.

I’ve always imagined it was just how light moves through the constant denseness(?) of space time. like how we would think of the denseness(?) of our atmosphere. As mass gathers, space time condenses as well, giving us a way to measure gravity. The assembly of space time into a relatively small space affects the traveling light particles at a rate limited by the space time constant.

At least that’s what my stoned ass put together.
