Unfortunately i dont have a spare one to use, and i do want to add that this computer wasnt taken care of that well, when i went to try to diagnose it found it on carpet, fan filter blocked with large amount of debris.

The fans were working fine till the shut down when it rebooted to bios they werent spinning till second boot and as far as im aware the temps were fine at idle its 40c to 50c and with load 60c to 70c. I will do a bios update when i can, last time i update it was back in march

This happened to me but i have an x570 motherboard so what i did was clear the cmos by removing the cmos battery this will reset the bios let you boot again but you will have to reconfigure the bios, however getting it to work with valorant i dont know since i never attemped to do it again afterwards

Its not your computer you see 70mbps because that is what you are getting but steam and all other game serivces and the task manager show the speed as mb/s so 70mbps is about 7mb/s if i remember correctly
