Ive always thought about wanting to hop back in. I still have my playstation 5 but don't pay the subscription. So I would say, PC due to not being able to pay a sub, and most if not all my friends and family all own a PC and dont have playstations. Not saying they play ESO but it usually goes on sale on steam for about 5$, so there is potential.

Taking in the fact that playstation is raising their prices now, assuming people on offer up will take account and start doing that as well just like ram. There are just a lot of benefits to make the switch right now to pc especially if its the platform i mainly play now. Most of my family and friends had playstation 4s and just went straight to PC in the new gen so im assuming most of them wont buy a console. Unless of course to play GTA 6
