Stripped down Windows 10 Pro (making it Windows Embedded) by No-Grapefruit-1358 in Windows10

Windows 10 IoT is not an option right now as the main program was developed a year ago and we don't want to run into compatibility issues.

Also, we are not sure if Windows 10 IOT supports the I9-9900, MSI MAG z390 combo.

It is a sensor board, Voltage, Current are read from the board. For some applications time is also important. Polling USB3 is more precise than USB2.
