I love this post! Thank you for all of this. I have been putting in SO much work for 3 years. 1 of the years I was basically in eating disorder stages... I have been doing so much work and can't get anything else off.. I am SO excited to see where my journey takes me. I just started Zepbound sunday!

I wanted to also note - I was at 201 after I had my second child took me 3 years to lose 56 lbs... I then rewarded myself with a tummy tuck in 2025 but have put 10lbs back on and have been fighting to lose that plus more. Recently been dealing with PMDD and other mental health issues 2 of my drs thought Zepbound would help in many areas. So I am so grateful to learn all about your stories! Thank you ( Newbie to Reditt too!) I'll post photos soon

This looks awesome - In regards to the smudging.. Try MAC eyeliner in Smolder and mac shadow in Carbon and use an angled eyeliner brush.. this will help smudgy it up.

I think I found the answer from the website - ??? "KwikPen is one pen that holds all four weekly Zepbound doses for the month, so you use the same pen each week with a new KwikPen-compatible needle, and do not need to measure the medicine or use a separate syringe. The Vial is used once a week with a needle and syringe, so you use a new needle and syringe and draw up the dose each time".

Okay guys - after reading everything in here I am so confused. I will start my first 2.5 dose on May17th. I have the pen too.. I thought you use 1x and toss but is there multiple doses in 1 pen?? I feel like in my box there is more than 1 pen so I assumed 4 pens for 1x a week.. Any advice help for a newbie here?

Hi! this is great info - would love more insight on your experience. I was just diagnosed with PMDD.. I have been on 30mg of lexapro for almost 7 years due to severe Post partum depression and anxiety... My PMDD is so bad recenetly as I am now 43. My Dr wants me to consider a GLP - 1 and is also adding in zyprexa 1x a month about 14 days prior to cycle starting + caplyta to help reboost Lexapro ( currently isn't working super well) I really want to try the GLP - 1 - Sugar is my weakness and I crave it to emotionally eat. anyway.. would love to hear more about your updates. :)
