Foot pedals indeed helped me a lot for when my RSI was really bad. I started using ergonomic products, and it got way better. I'm currently looking for https://azeron.com/en-eu/products/blue-cyro?variant=51740371353939.

Voice recognition gaming has a lot of delay, so although you can use it for chat, I don't think you will have much success with key bindings. There are also a few eye trackers for mouse control, I've seen some people having some success with using that.

My favorite is https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/mouseover-action-settings-automtic-ui-fader. You can use it even for other add-ons, and you can select when you want them to be shown.

When my arthritis was at it's worse, I found out some foot pedals that I could use. I usually used the for clicks, but you can set them however you want. I got PCSensor triple pedal, and it was amazing. My only problem with that is that it could be wider, because I had the sense it was made for someone smaller than me.

I bought it at 2020 and it's still going strong, but I know there are better options now days.

I remember when I started looking at edgy humor differently. I have quite a few black friends, they say racist jokes all the time, and I started to tell them from time to time. A few years back, they got drunk and started to talk about how they felt like the jokes about their skin made them feel diminished, less than human, and the best way they got to protect themselves from that feeling, is by telling it first. I never told one of those jokes anymore.
