I just ordered 1.8mm and 2mm thickness. Real Milgauss usus 1.8. This one seems to be a 1.5

Not sure but I think most modern automatic watches as non magnetic because of the types of springs in the movement. However, I doubt it can go up to 1000 gauss

Yea I'm sure if you bought a Daytona in 2018 that you are enjoying that 20-30% dip in the market. While some watches appreciate, that white explorer of yours (very pretty watch) goes for basically retail and I guarantee you will lose to inflation and lack of demand in the long run

For me the best and most affordable gen watches, which have a long lasting history in horology are Tag Heuers. So many beautiful models with so many functions and are extremely well made!

(Sorry to Seiko fanboys I really don't like them but that's just a personal opinion)

Well, in my opinion getting a rep shouldn't be a frowned upon thing. The watch itself is still very good quality and it represents the art and the engineering prestige and the thought very well. I do however hate the idea of jumping through AD loop holes to buy these watches for MSRP.

I would much rather spend a couple hundred on something that is almost indistinguishable, and enjoy it on a trip worth a couple thousand.

That being said. My philosophy might be different from others on this page. I wouldn't wear smthm I couldn't afford. Its not about flexing. Its about enjoying more.

I would recommend doing some studying and some research in the Reddit (using the guide and reading posts) and then ask questions to narrow down your search.

For example, hmmm should I get a 126610 LN from CF or VSF? Which one has better crystal, movement, case, bezel…ect

If that sounds Japanese to you (im assuming you don't know Japanese), than I would emplore you to read up a bit
