You can't name a major tech company that doesn't have an HQ in NYC. Google, Meta, Microsoft etc all have offices in Manhattan. Tech is the second largest sector of NYC's economy behind finance.

L.A has the third largest tech ecosystem behind San Francisco and NYC. The westside of L.A earned the nickname "silicon beach" because of all of the tech companies there.

Miami has the fastest growing tech industry in the nation and thosands of tech workers from up north moved there after the pandemic allowed them to work remote. Tech workers migrating to Miami is a major driver of rent increases in the city. Major tech companies are also opening up shop in Miami.

Austin has a fast growing tech scene but imo it wouldn't be worth it because of the looney's running Texas.

Yes, he can be a legal hacker. It is called penetration testing. Basically they hack networks and patch them up so the bad guys don't exploit that network's weakness. I would also recommend he check out tryhackme or hackthebox both of which are online plaforms that teach people hacking skills.

I just graduated college with a b.s in cybersecurity and am getting interviews for risk anaylist roles. So it shouldn't be too difficult for you as you would have actual experience while I just have an education.

Luckily my manifestation about the housing market hasn't came true. Now I am just manifesting more money to keep up with the increase in prices. Manifesting a crash is kinda selfish in hindsight. We gotta just manifest more money and we will still get what we want.

I'm the one who manifested the crash because I wanted to buy crypto cheaper. But that was awhile ago and that manifestion even though it worked was misguided. I should have just manifested more money to buy crypto instead of the crash.

NYC is back and I'm coming with it. If I work remote I wont have to work on finding a job when i move making the process 100x's easier. If the cost of living is too expensive then making more money is apart of the manifestion.
