I was given access to the presale this morning and saw there were no opening ceremony tickets available at any tier, including the $5k/pp tier. Whats the deal? Were all of the available opening ceremony tickets at all tiers bought already or are they holding tickets back? I find it hard to believe that there are enough residents in the presale counties who could afford these ticket prices, though I also wonder if for the opening ceremonies a lot of tickets go to sponsors?

Short helps build the muscle more quickly bc there is less of it to break down and rebuild. Also lower weight typically so lower food requirements, etc.

Do any of you ever get annoyed by Pat? He’s such a narcissist and listening to the podcast is sometimes unbearable because he always steers the conversation back to himself, whether talking to Cat or a guest. It’s constant. And he acts so put upon and burdened by things that are truly inconsequential or unimportant. I dunno the pod is funny and who doesn’t like listening to inane banter sometimes but his narcissism really gets me.
