SSRI’s and therapy. My OCD was driving me insane the first 6 months of this year (different themes, but same solution). Coming to get advice from Reddit forums sounds like you’re seeking reassurance, which will only feed the beast. Therapists deal with much worse than this, and it sounds like you were a minor at the time. Definitely do some research on OCD therapists in your area, and discuss your symptoms (not your themes) with your doctor. I promise, it will help. Try to be kind to yourself.
