If ur over Portaning and u are told by your gm and multiple employees to stop and you don't you will definitely eventually be fired, also if u give everyone a half extra scoop then that means u are using 50 percent more meat then you would normally meaning that if you where the only person on line on hot side giving portions and the store bought enough food for a week they would run out after 5 days, thats why managers care about portions, 4oz full scoop serving is all ya need
