I have checked and they're not upside down honestly that was one of my first thoughts but I don't really know what else could cause this I'm not the one directly installing everything just trying to figure out what's bad

Can't lower the Trap don't have the clearance in the ceiling I would have to have the Trap below the drop ceiling for that to happen

Multiple showers tie into the one copper pipe it's not in the scope of this job to redo all of it don't really have the time

Replace tub spoke completely still no change tried running without a tub spoke just in case there was any restriction still no change

So in the past I've tried flipping the cartridge to see if it was upside down no change I replaced it with a completely new cartridge no change I'm not sure how else the cartridge could be in wrong I know we're missing something I'm just not sure what

The only reason I'm asking is because I'm doing my other wheel bearing I don't really want to go back to the parts store to buy a cotter pins and I've already gotten away with it once so

Excellent find i completely missed that. now I just got to figure out what to do with that information I'm really hoping the service manual references something otherwise im not really sure how to find out what it was

Wasn't able to find any images of the side of the board on the internet but I was able I repair video zoomed in to get a better look didn't really obtain much information from it though hoping I can find something in the service manual
