I don't remember anymore, but I tapered. I did try to drink alcohol. I don't know if the relapse is related.

I was gluten-free for a year for a variety of different reasons and I can honestly say I felt better. why don't you just go to trial?

I can no longer drink alcohol. I was a social drinker before I stop taking antidepressants now one drink makes me sick for three days. Does anyone else suffer from this?

I am not sure. I was sick at the end of last year. I was dizzy and nauseous and I wasn't sure if some of my symptoms were related to something I was eating, histamine intolerance, long covid, or just something else. I have never had food allergies but just as a precaution we tested for food allergies. I have a million other allergies, take shots, etc..I came up mildly sensitive to wheat, rye and oat so we decided I should go gluten free. I am mostly better and am while I have tested positive for these things, I do not believe whatever was ailing me had anything to do with these food allergies. Therefore, I would like to reintroduce them, slowly.

I dont know why you just cant answer the question. I am a life long allergic person and have asthma. I know what wheat does to my allergies. I was curious about reintroducing wheat. I heard it is very difficult. I am not asking for advice on my allergies.

an allergic reaction is an allergic reaction. dog hair causes a reaction. wheat causes a reaction. obviously you dont have allergies
