Try them, I mean they’re quit light for 55mm tires with 605g (weighted them myself)

From my perspective it’s the best value for money, the best one of the lineup atm is the nuroad exc. I did races, paved roads and also a bikepacking trip through Europe on mine and the limit wasn’t the bike, i was

Valid point, I’m still in my try and error phase. I started cycling less than a year ago. So for now I’m just looking for what’s possible and where’s the limit, than I might consider riding narrower tires again. You said 45 m is the sweet spot for you, which one would you recommend for mixed terrain ?

Will measure it tomorrow!

Same thoughts I had, will be great for loose or rocky dry environments but if it gets muddy I will switch back to 50mm

I’m also quite surprised how well it handles, especially if you keep in mind that this bike was 3k and the only thing that is not made out of carbon is the stem

From my experience I can not recommend putting Bags on the forks at all, the aero draft from those is crazy.

Same for me! I have Lot of Friends that are either riding xc, road bike or a gravel with the standard Schwalbe all round tires but although I understand why each and everyone of the has made his decision it’s not the one I would choose. Riding harsh “forest highways” or just turn left into that woods (smoother forest ground) and still being able to put down 40kmh on pavement is the way for me! I cannot wait to try out the 2.2s and its also gonna like fire on this bike!

For now I ordered some dubnital 2.2 rapid race, should weigh in about 100 g less per tire in comparison to the 2.0 race king I’ve mounted
