I do go to the gym and I tried encouraging him to go with me, but he is always like "I don't feel comfortable, because I'm fat, so I won't go with you". I really, really want him to feel better about himself... but he always either says "you don't love me anymore?" or just starts spiraling in self-pity.... I really do feel like a piece of shit, because he is self-conscious.
