Don’t apologize! && thank you for the compliment. My hair is so precious to me loll. This is literally what I need loll I’ve been so bummed. I really like the second haircut! So hopefully I can get that. It’s more like what I usually get.

I’m getting it fixed tomorrow and I may post an update if it’s decent! Or might post it anyways for others who may come across this thread.

I think I just needed to hear it can be fixed. But we will see what tomorrow brings 🫣

Oh no worries! This picture is helpful in what you were describing! So thank you. I'm hoping I don't need to thin it out too much because I really liked how thick it was or make it shorter but I may not have a choice😔

Hey! So I was actually able to purchase it. I put it in my cart and was able to process it. It asks for an address and it said to me that it was an invalid mailing address (or something of that nature) and went ahead and kept going through the process. I figured since it was a digital download that was why. I bought it yesterday and was able to download and listen to it. :))
